MBSR literally means "stress reduction through mindfulness."

In 1979 Prof. Jon Kabat-Zinn developed the well-founded and scientifically recognized stress management program MBSR in America, the foundation of which is mindfulness. Today it is used in clinics, companies and other places all over the world.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness means a conscious perception of everything that happens within ourselves or outside.

Mindfulness allows us to lovingly accept what is and no longer fight it.
Thus we are no longer carried away by our thoughts, sensations, activities and external circumstances.
In this way we come to rest and no longer perceive situations as stressful. We learn to face challenges with serenity, clarity and acceptance and move away from stress.

The methods of MBSR are easy to perform and change the structures in our brain responsible for the processing of stress and negative events.
The effectiveness of the program has been scientifically proven many times, especially by brain research.

How much does a course cost?

MBSR 8 week course

An MBSR course extends over 8 weeks, in
which we meet once a week for 2.5 hours.
and begins with a non-binding, personal preliminary talk.
The 8 weeks include exercises at home and in everyday life. At the end of the course there will be a
additional, one-day seminar day (mindfulness day) and an individual follow-up discussion.

Cost: 340,00 € incl. 3 Mp3 with guided meditations, a workbook, an additional six-hour Mindfulness Day. An optional preliminary talk takes place.

MBSR Compact Retreat

An MBSR Compact Retreat extends over 6 days, in which the same contents of an MBSR course are obtained and deepened by Mindfulness in a rural setting.

Costs: 460.00 € incl. 3 Mp3 with guided meditations, a workbook, a six-hour Mindfulness Day, vegetarian lunch, leisure activities. An optional preliminary talk takes place.
